Engineer Brian Pua Fook Loong first brought O'Briens Irish Sandwich Cafe (O'Briens) to Malaysia more than 17 years ago. Today, O'Briens is still popular with customers. Many enjoy their freshly made-to-order hand cut sandwiches (Chicken crisp and Brie sandwich, Smoked Salmon and cream cheese, Tuna swiss melt etc). There are 23 outlets with the majority being in the Klang Valley. The first O'Briens was opened in Great Eastern Mall in Jalan Ampang and still operates there.
